Guardrails for GenAI drafted replies in patient portal messaging
npj Digital Medicine, Published online: 06 April 2026; doi:10.1038/s41746-026-02621-6 GenAI is increasingly used to draft replies to patient portal messages to reduce clinician workload. Evidence shows modest utilization and measurable workflow effects, alongside safety risks when clinicians miss errors or accept drafts with minimal editing. As deployments scale with deeper EHR integration and expanding transparency mandates, this Comment proposes governance that preserves efficiency without normalizing unsafe delegation: scoped use, risk tiering, accountable human authorship, auditability, and patient-facing transparency.

MIMO OFDM-Enabled ISAC for Low-Altitude Non-Cooperative UAV Surveillance: A Survey
arXiv:2604.02680v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: The widespread use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in low-altitude airspace has raised significant safety and security concerns, motivating the development of reliable non-cooperative UAV surveillance technologies. Integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), enabled by multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) architectures and orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) waveforms, has emerged as a promising paradigm for leveraging cellular infrastructure to support large-scale sensing without additional hardware deployment. This paper presents the first comprehensive survey dedicated to MIMO OFDM-enabled ISAC for low-altitude non-cooperative UAV surveillance, where the targeted UAVs do not intentionally assist the monitoring system thr

act: Technical report
arXiv:2604.02955v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: This technical report contains the formal definitions and metatheory for the act specification and verification language. It documents the syntax, the operational pointer semantics, the type system and the main metatheoretic results (type-safety).
